Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signara™ (the "Service"), operated by SenseForge Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales, trading as AIBuiltBetter) ("SenseForge", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Signara provides automated KPI reporting and analytics. The Service processes data you upload to generate reports, narratives, and presentations. All computations are deterministic and auditable.

3. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Data is isolated per tenant and is not shared across accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, decompile or disassemble any part of it, or use it to process data you do not have rights to. Accounts are for authorized users within your organization only.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including but not limited to software, source code, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, report templates, slide layouts, prompts, KPI definitions, computation methodology, and the "Signara" and "AIBuiltBetter" names and marks, is owned by SenseForge Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. No right or license is granted to you except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Reports and outputs generated for you are licensed for your internal business use; the underlying templates, methodology, and software remain the exclusive property of SenseForge Ltd.

6. No Scraping or AI Training

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract content from the Service or its public pages by automated means, nor use any content from the Service (including text, designs, report outputs, methodology descriptions, or marketing copy) to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model without the prior written consent of SenseForge Ltd. This restriction is a material term of use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenseForge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Plans & Billing

• Free quota is lifetime. 2 reports total — once consumed, they do not reset on subscribe / cancel cycles.
• Pro plan. 15 reports and 1 interactive dashboard per month, single seat. Quota resets on the calendar month.
• Business = shared pool. 40 reports + 5 interactive dashboards per month are shared across all 5 seats on the Business plan. Quota resets on the calendar month.
• No annual plan today. Monthly only at launch — an annual option will arrive with a discount.
• Custom plan. Volume, multi-year, SSO, and dedicated capacity are negotiated under a separate order form. Contact connect@aibuiltbetter.com.
